About Neuro Thrive

Welcome to NeuroThrive! We're Evan and Raisa, a husband-and-wife team dedicated to empowering children and families in the Las Vegas area. With Evan's extensive experience as a pediatric Occupational Therapist since 2017, and Raisa's diverse background as a Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) since 2024 and former elementary school teacher, we bring a unique and collaborative approach to in-home ABA and OT services. We believe that true progress happens when everyone works together – therapists, parents, and children. Our focus is on naturalistic learning, finding the 'just right' challenge, and empowering parents with the skills they need to support their child's growth beyond our sessions. Our approach is rooted in evidence-based practices like ESDM and play therapy. We are also fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, making our services accessible to a wider community.
